We understand that finding a nanny can be a very time consuming process. That’s what Pacific Elite is here for! We take pride in having one of the most personal and in depth screening processes. We are committed to providing you with an excellent level of service that has set Pacific Elite Nannies apart from other local agencies. We understand the importance of being able to fully trust someone and we want to find the perfect fit for you! We personally go through plenty of applicants and interview top candidates to find the right fit for your family.

No matter how big or small your request, we at Pacific Elite have you covered! Our goal is to take the stress out of your life and make things as simple as possible for you. Our job is to match you with the best nanny for your family.

Pacific Elite Nannies does not discriminate against age, race, color, religion, disability, handicap, and/or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law. 

We run our background checks through GoodHire and provide our families with the full report before they hire their nanny. Our background checks include; criminal history and driving records. We perform the background check once a nanny has been hired by the client. Our Nannies are also required to be TrustLine Certified which is a law in the State of California.

We are Southern California's premier nanny agency who began its services in Orange County, California. We have since then, expanded to Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura County, and Austin, Texas!

Our process

We believe that our 5 step process is what makes us a unique and successful agency. Our process covers every aspect of finding the perfect match for your family. 

STEP 1:

Phone/Email or In Home Consultation:

We require a $200 non-refundable fee. We discuss six important topics in our first conversation. 1. Weekly schedule/pay. 2. Job responsibilities. 3. Children’s personalities. 4. Families Lifestyle. 5. Qualities you are looking for in a nanny. 6. Concerns. (Privacy, health, etc).

STEP 2:

We find a compatible match: 

Based on the information you gave us above, we will personally sort through multiple applicants and find the perfect match for your family. After we find a few we think you would personally love, we will email you their resume, picture, and a letter personally written by the nannies, to your family.

STEP 3: 

Interviews are scheduled:

After you decide on which nannies you would like to interview, we will schedule interviews with you and your potential nannies. We believe there is a right fit for every family,  so we highly recommend you to spend some quality time interviewing each nanny. Once you feel you have found your nanny and would like to schedule a trial date with one or a few, we will follow up with the both of you to discuss detailed information regarding the job. 

STEP 4:

Hiring Process:

After the interviews are done and you have decided on the nanny you want to hire, we will go through the hiring process with you. We do require a paid trial day with your nanny to make sure she is a perfect match. If all goes well, we will go over job qualifications again, negotiate salary, create a work agreement, go over last minute details and then offer the position to your nanny. Once the nanny accepts the offer, we will perform the background check and when its clear, your nanny may start working! The rest of your placement fee is due at this time. We are in business 365 days a year! If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us and we will gladly do what we can to help. Whether, it’s providing back-up child care while your nanny is on vacation/sick or just to stay in touch, our job is to make things easier and less stressful for you. Meet our Founder/Owner

Kady Weatherby, the founder of Pacific Elite Nannies, is from a small California town, and now resides in Huntington Beach (Orange County). She is passionate about helping you find a loving, reliable, and hard-working nanny. Kady comes from a very large family and through-out her life she had over 100 foster children as part of her family. Kady, a former career nanny, was not your average nanny. Not only has she helped care for these children, but she has also nannied in three states, as well as Australia. Throughout her career, Kady has met the needs of many families and children, including multiples and special needs children. She understands the importance of finding the right fit for your family. She knows what it takes to find quality professionals that you can rely on and fully trust. She works hard and carefully screens each and every nanny who becomes a part of our agency.
